Is name embroidery on shirts free?
Free name embroidery is available when ordering 2 or more shirts. (Condition: bank transfer or card payment only; cash on delivery is not accepted.)
Which size should I choose based on weight and height?
We recommend using a measuring tape to measure the actual waist size, since weight and height alone cannot determine the exact size. (For length, please refer to the size guide.)
Can I choose a waist size that fits if my hips are larger?
If your hips are larger than the specified waist size, we recommend going up one waist size to avoid a tight fit. If your hips are smaller or fit comfortably, order according to your waist size.
Can the uniform be machine washed, and how should I iron the pleats?
Machine washing is fine. For ironing, use low heat only and use a pleat-setting spray to help maintain the pleats.
